01. Kick Off
Upon our initial meeting, Knox will partner with your team to understand business objectives and identify key criteria of your office requirements.
We look to gather key details about the your current office, long-term goals, hiring plans, working styles, decision makers, office financials, and your ideal future workspace.
02. Tailored Shortlist
We use our market knowledge and network - including off-market opportunities - to identify the spaces that genuinely fit your brief.
Together, we refine these into a tailored shortlist and organise guided tours, attending each one to ensure the right questions are asked and ensuring you see the right spaces, not everything.
03. Negotiations
Using our vast network and expertise, we'll produce a list of suitable options. We'll work together to identify your shortlist and schedule tours of each space.
Once we understand our client’s needs, we survey the market by reviewing commercial property platforms and leveraging our network for off-market opportunities. We provide an initial report, then narrow it to a shortlist for tours. We attend all tours with our clients to ensure the right questions are asked and the information gathered supports a well-informed decision.
